About Us

All of our sponsors started with one thing in mind: to help farmers and members gain vital knowledge and necessary supplies to help them succeed in their fields. No matter if they focus on insurance or lobbying for agriculture, their work is still a benefit to the agriculture industry and those impacted by it. This same desire to help people succeed is still prevalent today, especially with our future industry leaders. These companies see the value in supporting 4-H and FFA programs to ensure the continued strength of the future of agriculture.

Since 1916, Illinois Farm Bureau has provided education and information to help farmers, while supporting legislation and lobbying efforts about agricultural issues. Founded by farmers as the Illinois Agricultural Association, one of the first activities of the new organization was to bring soil and crop specialists to each county to supply farmers with the latest agricultural research information and recommendations. More than 100 years later, IFB continues to carry out its mission to improve the economic well-being of agriculture and enrich the quality of farm family life. IFB creates value for those members by building and maintaining relationships with key policy stakeholders at each level of government. It offers opportunities for current and future generations of farmers to learn, lead and network with one another.

The GROWMARK System began in 1927 when Illinois Farm Bureau members created cooperatives for members to receive a quality and reliable fuel supply. Today, GROWMARK does business across North America and provides agronomy, energy, facility planning, and logistics products and services, as well as grain marketing and risk management tools. In addition to the value provided to its members, GROWMARK also puts a high value on developing student leaders through essay contests, scholarships, and support of organizations like 4-H, FFA, Ag in the Classroom, and Ag Future of America. GROWMARK understands that a better tomorrow means helping the youth of today.

COUNTRY Financial began as a fire and lightning insurance company started by Illinois Farm Bureau in 1925 to help protect farmers. With a focus on helping others plan for the expected and unexpected moments in life, a stronger, more secure future was on the horizon. Since then, COUNTRY Financial has grown to include a diverse range of personal and business insurance products as well as retirement and investment services. COUNTRY Financial knows the best way to build a brighter future and protect it is to help our youth today, whether it is by sponsoring FFA and 4-H programs or helping them prepare for college
Comprised of over 800 farm families across the Midwest, Prairie Farms Dairy produces high quality dairy products that are found in our grocery store aisles. By working directly with farmers, they provide their customers with locally sourced and efficient products while still making sure dairy farmers are being taken care of throughout the process. They may be local, but they have an impact far and wide. Not only are they putting in efforts with their farmers, but they value the importance of supporting and helping develop the youth of this industry.
The IAA Credit Union was formed to serve their owners and advance their financial wellbeing of IAA Family of Company employees and Illinois Farm Bureau members. With their support of youth programs, this organization has spent countless time and effort to ensure the future is well prepared for what lies ahead. From teaching students how to save for college to building good credit, IAA Credit Union is working to build a sturdy financial foundation education for our youth.
